Shipping policy

Our orders are packed and delivered as soon as possible, and any delays with the couriers are out of our control. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19, domestic couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

We're currently shipping standard delivery orders twice a week. Express delivery orders are shipped the following business day. Prints are packaged in a sealed sleeve with a non-bendable backing board and sent in a rigid mailing envelope to avoid any damage in transit. All prints are sold unframed.

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times. Further information can be found here. Signature is not required on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided. If your order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind. If items arrive damaged, please email us with photos and we will organise a replacement.
